Sposato serves as a positively disruptive influence in the broader field of teacher preparation. A popular cynical notion is that “great teachers are born, not made.”  We aim to disprove this notion, and partner with districts, universities, and other organizations that believe they, too, can dramatically bolster a young teacher’s efficacy.
